Eligibility and Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 8kbe, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee or director of 8kbe or any of its affiliated companies, payment processing partners, or game providers.

8kbe reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any point during the account lifecycle. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the verification process constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any winnings generated by an account that is found to have been opened using false information will be voided, and the account will be permanently closed with no return of deposits or winnings.
8kbe employs automated age and identity screening tools as part of its player due-diligence obligations. Accounts that cannot be satisfactorily verified within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended pending successful completion of the verification process.
Account Registration and Security
Each individual may register only one account on 8kbe. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, address, email, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. 8kbe uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed, and any balances or winnings may be voided.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. You further agree to maintain and update this information promptly if it changes. 8kbe is not liable for any issues — including failed withdrawals, delayed communications, or missed promotional offers — arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 8kbe account. This includes:
- Keeping your username and password strictly confidential at all times.
- Not sharing your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- Logging out from shared or public devices immediately after each session.

8kbe reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its absolute discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where account activity suggests fraudulent behaviour, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, 8kbe is not obligated to return any deposits, and any winnings generated during the period of breach may be voided.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 8kbe are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8kbe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your account verification status and the amounts involved.
Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the 8kbe account immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 8kbe does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 8kbe accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of request submission for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
To be eligible to withdraw, a player's account must be fully verified. 8kbe reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawals, or where account activity requires further review. Withdrawal requests submitted during this review period will be queued and processed upon satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification steps.
8kbe reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits on individual accounts based on account tier, verification status, and transaction history. These limits will be communicated to affected players. Players must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit where technically possible — this is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
Funds deposited to 8kbe must be wagered at least once before withdrawal unless otherwise stated. Depositing and withdrawing without meaningful gameplay activity may be interpreted as a breach of these Terms and may result in account review.
Bonuses and Promotions
8kbe offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. - One bonus per player: Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual bonus terms.

- Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
- 8kbe discretion: 8kbe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into an active offer will be notified of any material changes affecting their current bonus balance.
Players who are self-excluded or have requested cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or claim any bonus offers during those periods. If a bonus is claimed during an active self-exclusion period, the bonus and any winnings will be voided and the self-exclusion reinforced.
Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, 8kbe's decision — based on official sources — is final. 8kbe reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing or data error is identified, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Any attempt to exploit game vulnerabilities, software bugs, or platform errors for financial gain constitutes cheating and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings obtained through such exploitation.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8kbe platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, submitting fraudulent identity documents, impersonating another person, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
- Money laundering: Using 8kbe to process, conceal, or transfer funds obtained through illegal means. 8kbe is legally obligated to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with relevant authorities in Bangladesh and internationally.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, collusion, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game — particularly in live poker, live casino table games, or any peer-versus-peer game format — to gain an unfair advantage.
- Software exploitation: Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with 8kbe games or betting markets in a non-human manner.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after funds have been successfully deposited and used on the platform. Chargebacks are considered fraudulent activity and will result in account closure and legal pursuit of the outstanding amount.

8kbe reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim winnings that were generated during a period of prohibited conduct, irrespective of whether the account is subsequently closed. All decisions made by 8kbe in relation to prohibited conduct are final.
Account Closure and Suspension
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8kbe support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 8kbe will process the request within 24 hours and return any remaining verified account balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) to the player's registered payment method. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may also use the self-exclusion tool available directly within account settings.
8kbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
- Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account holders will be notified by email before any administrative action is taken.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from a third-party responsible gaming scheme that includes 8kbe in its scope.
- Any situation where continued account operation would expose 8kbe to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Where an account is closed by 8kbe for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds and associated winnings are not returnable upon closure in any circumstance.
Following account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all outstanding wagering requirements are cancelled, all active bonuses are voided, and any pending free spins expire immediately. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at 8kbe's absolute discretion and only after a minimum review period of 30 days, subject to full re-verification.
